Return policy
Dramio accepts return requests for damaged, wrong, expired or incorrectly packed items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligible cases
- Wrong product or seed category delivered.
- Packet received damaged or leaked.
- Quantity mismatch in the delivered order.
- Expired or unusable product received.
Non-returnable cases
- Opened seed packets, used grow bags, soil, fertilisers or items exposed to moisture.
- Germination failure caused by weather, overwatering, poor soil or incorrect sowing method.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification. Cash-on-Delivery refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
